Holiday homes on the Costa Maresme

The Costa Maresme runs from the tourist town of Blanes to Barcelona. This coast is characterised by both long sandy beaches and small beaches, lively boulevards, and fun tourist towns, such as Arenys de Mar and Calella. Of course, this costa offers plenty of opportunities to relax (discos, restaurants, outdoor cafés, and markets) and various options for (water) sports. Inland, you will find hills and vineyards. Alella is an important wine town in this region. The region is varied and the cottages on the Costa Maresme are perfect for a diverse holiday.

Cottages at the Costa Garraf

The less known Costa Garraf starts just below Barcelona and ends a bit above Tarragona. This costa offers nice places with beautiful beaches too. The best known place is Sitges, which used to be a fishing village and where life is sweet. Not too 'touristy' and very cosy. The trendy beach resort offers a lively boulevard and two museums which are well worth a visit.

Sporty holiday?

Sports are well catered for here. There are many water sports of course, but from your cottage on the Costa Maresme you can also plan an exciting mountainbike route. And a hiking trip in the mountains is always nice. To recover from your active morning, you can go sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon.
