Option 1:
How does it work?
- ADVERTISING: FREE - We advertise your property at no cost to you.
- INFORMATION: FREE - We load all your property information.
- PHOTOGRAPHS: FREE - We load all your property photographs (up to 21)
- ENQUIRY: All enquiries for your property are first directed to us.
- AVAILABILITY: We will check your availability (you must have an online calendar)
- If your property is available, we will then inform the client
- IF THE CLIENT WISHES TO BOOK: The client is then passed on directly to you, so that you can keep full control of your property bookings e.g. collecting deposits & balances, arrival instructions, supplying keys...
- The bookings are YOUR bookings and it’s YOUR contract with YOUR customers.
We put the control back into YOUR hands.
- COMMISSION: For this service we charge 10% of the total rental.

How does it work?

Customer support
- If you need to contact us we guarantee that we will email you within 24 hrs.
So simple to list your home
- Once you send us your property information, which with your permission we can also copy from your website, it will be visible on our website immediately and searchable via Google, Yahoo, AOL, MSN and all the other major search engines.
Updating information
- FREE - We update any changes that you might require at any time in the future e.g. adding further information, changing photographs, altering rental rates…
Photos
- You may send up to 21 photos to us (either landscape or portrait)
By e-mail (must be a jpg attachment)
Or with your permission, we can download the photos from your website.
