The owners villa The Cottage VILLA ELIZA - The detached Annex is on one level and has been well kept by the owners to provide Country Accommodation with comfort and privacy. The property has far reaching views and is located in a beautiful part of the Andalucian countryside with only a 10-minutes drive from the town of Alhaurin El Grande. The property is fully furnished, totally self-contained with own gates. The nearest towns are Alhaurin-El-Grande and Coin, which are about a 10-minutes drive. Both Towns have lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week. Twin bedroom en-suite Kitchen Lounge

Rental Rates include Gas, water and Electricity

Booking Notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash-Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 150 GBP will also be taken on arrival.

Child Travel Cot
Is available for use in the Cottage at 20€ Euros per Week. (Bedding is not provided)

Child High Chair
Is available at 15€Euros per Week.

The swimming pool is located only a few yards away by the owners house(which have an old dog) but is for the sole use of the guests.
