The Garden Apartment - The pool is for your private use. The garden apartment at Finca Campinuela is completely self contained with its own private parking area. The apartment is very spacious and the pool is huge and for your sole use during your stay. There is covered BBQ area and outside bar. When i season you are welcomed to eat fruit from the Orchard e.g. mandarins, lemons, oranges, avocados and grapes, there are 2 orchards the other side of the pool area. Although the main villa is above the apartment, it faces the opposite direction so you will hardly see the owners. The Garden apartment is located in a beautiful part of the Andalucian countryside with only a 5-minutes drive from the town of Alhaurin El Grande. The property is fully furnished, totally self-contained with own gates. The other nearest town is Coin, which is a 10-minutes drive. Booking Notes

50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable)via Bank transfer
The balance is payable in Cash-Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 200€ or 150GBP will also be taken on arrival.

We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)

Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.

Children
Please note that we do not allow any children to stay at the property due to the size/depth of pool.
