LA CAPILLA ESCUELA DE SAN JOSE - (The Chapel School of Saint Joseph) This wonderful Villa is on one level and has been lovingly restored by the owner to provide a 4 star country accommodation with comfort and privacy. The whole Villa has been furnished with antiques and is full of Wonderful Old Spanish charm in every corner and all the floors are covered with rustic clay tiles. The large living room is full of interesting items and would you believe an old operational Jukebox with original 45’s. (We dare you to keep your hands off?). You then step onto the dining area with its long table, which has been covered in tiles, (this was the original altar). From there you make your way to the kitchen, fitted with modern equipment whilst keeping its rustic charm. One of the bathrooms has a shower whilst the other has a bathtub with ball and claw feet. You wonder, what next? My favourite is the pretty Spanish patio shaded with fruit trees and different types of foliage and a water feature, which provides a soothing calm and the perfect spot for a drink or a meal. As you step outside onto the private garden you find an inviting 8m x 5m swimming pool with roman steps. The Finca is an idyllic setting for Weddings or Honeymoons and has hedges and fencing all around making it very private.

Rental Rates in Euros per Week - Currency Converter

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

Booking Notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Euro on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of £150 or 200 euro will also be taken on arrival.

We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)

Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.

Child High Chair/Cot
Child High chair and Cot with mattress 36 euro per Week (Linen for the cot is not provided)

Change over day
During the Summer months on Saturday only.
During other months the change over is flexible.
Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs & Departures before 10.00 hrs

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Pool towels are also provided.

Notes on accommodation
A FREE and very generous food pack for your arrival is supplied.
Water, Milk, Orange juice, Fizzy drink, Beer, Bottle red wine, Bottle white wine, Coffee, Tea bags, Sugar, Bread, Margarine, Marmalade, Mixed fruit, Eggs, Bacon, Ham.

Not allowed inside the home but is allowed on the terrace and on the grounds

And your own “Private Swimming Pool 8m x 4m”.
A ten-minute stroll will take you to the local river (Dry during the Summer months)

The Beach is a 30-minute drive.
Malaga Airport about a 40-minutes drive.
Coin, the nearest town/amenities is about 10 minutes drive.
Marbella is a 30-minutes drive.

This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.

Further Details
Car Hire is essential. The car will also give you the opportunity to see the area.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away and are worth exploring.

Golf
For the golfer there are many courses to choose from.

The local ones are Alhauring golf which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the less demanding one Lauro golf Both about a 20-minutes drive.

I just wanted to thank you for helping us with the Villa stay and also calling up Hertz while we were there. We had the best week ever and Jean is just wonderful, the Villa... Perfect (as well, you know). I so hope we can return next year, 1 week didn’t seem long enough.
