This lovely Villa is ideal for Honeymoons, couples or friends wanting to get away from everything and enjoy the privacy of a private villa and pool set within beautiful gardens affording plenty of privacy. Inside the large Lounge/diner and kitchen are open plan. There is an open fire for the cool winters evenings, and TV with the full SKY package. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven, hob and microwave. The master bedroom suite has a lovely bathroom with corner bath, a dressing room and bedroom with 4-poster bed. There’s a second double bedroom and a second shower room. Outside has plenty of covered and open terrace areas, a beautiful swimming pool, and lawned gardens with plenty of large trees providing various shaded areas to choose where to sit and read, sunbathe or eat and drink. Off road parking is provided.
Casa Diane is just 10-minues drive south East of Coin or North West of Alhaurin El Grande. 30 Minutes drive from Malaga and the airport, 35 Minutes from Fuengirola and 25 minutes drive from Marbella and Puerto Banus. If you walk to the bottom of the quiet road, there is a bar/restaurant that is popular with the locals and tourists. Coin and Alhaurin are both popular towns, very Spanish and with a huge choice of restaurants to suite all budgets as well as bars, supermarkets and tourist offices.

Rental Notes
The property is only available from May to end of October.
Booking Notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable)via Bank transfer
The balance is payable in Cash-Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 250€ or 200GBP will also be taken on arrival.
We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)
Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.
Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
All bed linen and towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.
Notes on accommodation
Casa Diane - Thank you for showing an interest in our Villa. A lot of effort has been made to ensure that it is of the highest standard in terms of level of accommodation and location. Ideal for couples, friends or families with teenage children (13+) with Golf, Beaches half an hour away, sun worshippers, shopaholics. One double bedroom, one twin bedroom, two bathrooms. Private Swimming Pool; World Class Golf courses within 15 minutes drive. 10 minutes drive to Coin or Alhaurin with all their bars and restaurants. Open plan kitchen/Lounge/ diner. Terraces. The Villa is very well equipped and features Sky TV with full package, a microwave, washing machine, dishwasher and is fully equipped for full self catering if required. Air conditioning in lounge/diner/kitchen/master bedroom. Electric fans are also available. It will sleep a maximum of 4 people (1 double bed, 1 single bed). Should you require any advice or assistance during your holiday, help is close at hand - 24 hour service.

Getting there! We will send you a set of directions to the villa a representative of Casa Diane will meet guests near the property and you will be escorted to the cottage, shown around and given all the information you will need about the area.
This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.
Further Details
Car hire is essential. The car will also give you the opportunity to see the area.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away and are worth exploring.

It is a an easy drive to the following places for a day out from here - Sevilla (3 hours), Gibraltar (1.5 hours), Ronda (1.5hours), Granada (1.75 hours), Terifa (2.5 hours) and the Sierra Nevada Ski resort (2 hours).
Golf
For the golfer there are many courses to choose from.
The local ones are Alhauring golf which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the less demanding one Lauro golf Both about a 20-minutes drive.
Guests Comments Tracy Myhill - Spain - I have travelled all over Spain and this holiday was by far the best! The accommodation is outstanding - not just the facilities but such a beautiful setting and location - I have never experienced anything so stunning. So easy to get to from the airport, and also a superb position for travelling around the local areas - I also did a day trip to Gibraltar, Marbella is about 30 mins away and Frigliana is a must. La Trocha is a large shopping centre about 20 mins away - all worth a trip. Will definately be returning asap. Many thanks.
Bicudy - The Netherlands - I have been staying in this mountain retreat since 2004..It has everything one needs for a peaceful and gentle holiday The beach is 30 minutes by car...for the more adventurous there is horseriding. El Rodeo has two of the finest restaurant (indian and chinese) where one is always made to feel welcome.
Marbella,Puerto Banus,Fuengirola and Benalmadena are 30 to 45 minutes by car for that special celebratory evening out...and the clothes shops are something else.
I highly recommend this cute little cottage in the mountains which wraps itself around you...as tho' you have been missed...and welcomes your return...I know I miss the sound of the peacocks the braying of the donkeys on the still evening air, that tell me all is right with the world.

ALHALURIN EL GRANDE - Is less than 25 minutes from the coast and only 30 Km’s from Malaga. It is 239 metres above sea level and there are allegedly 5,000 Brits who live in and around the town itself making it arguably the most densely populated area for expats out of all the inland areas. It is surrounded by the towns of Coin and Alhaurin de la Torre. Situated at the foot of the northern face of the Sierra de Mijas, it looks out over the spectacular Guadalhorce Valley.
Its territory is made up of citrus and other fruit trees and vegetable gardens . Neolithic, Phoenician, Greek, Roman and Arabic settlers have all left their mark on the area.
Alhaurin el Grande is typical of many inland white towns and villages although like them all it ahs its own identity. T he surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are some great trails for both mountain bikers and walkers plus there are a number of golf courses within a short distance. Whethere you are looking for an alternative inland holiday or are even considering moving o the countryside Alahurin el Grande is well worth a visit.
Alhaurín el Grande is situated at the foot of the northern slopes of the Mijas mountains, offering wonderful views over the Guadalhorce Valley, rich in fruit and vegetable patches, and olive and cereal groves.
