NB: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

The Annex is only rented if you require it as additional accommodation and will not be rented to anyone else if you only require La Casita.

The rental charge includes Air conditioning hot & Cold, gas water and electricity.

Arrivals are after 16.00 hrs & Departures before 10.00 hrs

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
The property is cleaned for your arrival and after your departure.
All bed linen and towels are provided.

Booking Notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of £150 GBP will also be taken on arrival.

Outside
There is a Terrace to the rear with 2 loungers, 1 parasol, 1 BBQ.
And a Rear Terrace with table and chairs and parasol. There is ample parking space and a shared 10 x 4 metre elliptical swimming pool. The pool is quite separate from the house and guests always have preference.

This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.

ARDALES NATURAL PARK & EL CHORRO GORGE
Is a 40-minutes drive from La Casita
Imagine three stunningly beautiful turquoise coloured lakes bordered by pine forests. A tranquil retreat where you can swim or fish, or picnic on the lakeshore. Hardly sounds like a typical Andalucian scene, does it! But west of Alora that is what you will find. Malaga's "Lake District" is in fact three artificial lakes created by a dam built across the dramatic 200 m. high Guadalhorce river gorge, known as the Garganta del Chorro. Watch out for the eagles, which continually circle around the sheer cliffs.

Coast/Beach
The Beach is a 40-minutes drive
Malaga Airport a 50-minutes drive

Golf
The nearest golf course is just 15 kms away and was designed by Seve Ballesteros, one of the 40+ golf courses on the Costa del Sol.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is a 2.1/2 hours drive where it is possible to ski and snowboard.

Car hire is essential

The car will also give you the opportunity to see the area.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away and are worth exploring.

COIN & GUARO
Coin and Guaro are just a 5-10 minutes drive from La Casita.
Coin is situated in the valley of the Rio Grande in the province of Malaga, Coín is one of the most up and coming villages on the Costa del Sol. Located about a 30-minutes drive from Fuengirola and 20 minutes from Mijas.
