Casa Sunflower is a luxury villa located on the edge of the Andalucia town of Coín in the heart of the Costa del Sol only 25 mins from Malaga Airport and 20 mins to the nearest beach. The villa is furnished and presented to the highest standards all with modern taste and design. The villa is fully equipped with the latest appliances and gadgets. Privately owned we pride ourselves in providing you everything you could require for you holiday, we have added a lot of personal touches and extras for you to make you feel at home and welcome.
There is a further one bedroom Pool apartment available as an optional extra, This forms part of the Basement area and leads out on to a private terrace at the pool side. The accommodation has a Lounge, I bedroom with En-suite bathroom. There is a Sofa in the lounge and Twin beds for the bedroom.
The apartment is available at an additional rate for any season.

Booking Notes
A deposit of €200 per week is required at time of booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. We don't ask for a security deposit but ask that any damages not classed as wear and tear be paid for prior to departure. We will provide cost and receipts for any such damage.
The reservation deposit is non refundable.

Bedroom 1 - The master bedroom has a double bed and large fitted wardrobes, with views and windows leading onto the terrace. Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and views to the mountain behind.

Large lounge and dining area, leading on to two terraces facing to the east and west for morning and afternoon sun. Both terraces overlook the pool with spectacular views of the surrounding countryside.
The lounge is fully equipped with flat screen TV, DVD, Sat TV.
There is a double sofa bed for two people.
Dining
In the lounge there is a separate dining area with capacity and setting for up to 8 people. If you prefer dining alfresco you can use the dining area’s on the terrace or by the pool.
The lounge and bedrooms are fully air-conditioned with cooling and heating available.
Sun loungers are provided on the terraces.

Our Villa is located on the exclusive Sierra Gorda urbanization. South facing with spectacular and breathtaking views of the Gualdaforce valley overlooking the nearby towns of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande. The colour of the valley changes throughout the seasons from the green winter to the yellows of high summer, during the day the villages in the distance look like small white Lego bricks and night the lights sparkle like stars.
Our Villa is located on the hillside of Sierra Gorda, overlooking the Gualdaforce Valleys and the town of Coín, just in land from the Mediterranean coast mid-way between Marbella and Malaga.
Coín is one of the Andalucian towns that have yet to be touched by the tourist boom. It is just far enough from the coast to be out of reach of the high-rise hotels. The beautiful village of Coín is located at the cross-roads between Marbella and Mijas and is accessed by a brand new road network.

For the golfer there are many courses to choose from.
The local ones are Alhaurin golf which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and the less demanding Lauro golf both about a 20-minutes drive.

Cancellations The reservation deposit is non refundable.
Cancellation within less than 8 weeks 0% refund. Cancellation more than 100% refund less deposit and any fees. Should you wish to cancel your holiday booking, written notification must be received via email as soon as possible.
Accommodation If you have any "special requests" please contact us prior to the start of your holiday. Should you or any member of your party be responsible for any breakages, loss or damage of any item of the property or additional cleaning has been necessary a charge will be made. At all times during your holiday, you are expected to have consideration for our neighbours and any other third party's.
Safety Please ensure that all guests take care and are safety conscious in the property, grounds, swimming pool, and balconies. In particular children and babies should be supervised at all times and especially around swimming pools, and balconies.
Health and Safety. We do not have any GAS appliances, Casa Sunflower is fitted with mains powered smoke detectors and all electrical installation and appliances comply with latest European standards and are inspected and tested regularly.
Infants cot
A travel cot is available please ensure these are requested in advance. Cot linen is NOT provided.
Occupying and vacating the property Our villa can be occupied from 16:00 hours onwards and must be vacated by 10:00 hours on the day of your departure. We will try to be flexible if we can subject to arriving and departing guests. Please submit any request via email prior to your arrival.
Arrival We offer a meet and greet service to our guests arriving. Please ensure you provide us with your flight times as soon as possible, we will ask you to call us when you arrive at the Airport and we will meet you at the villa.
Maid service
We provide a bed linen and towel change every seven days.
Bed linen, duvets, pillows, bathroom towels are provided for the relevant number of guests on the booking.
Pools/garden and general maintenance Gardens have to be maintained on a regular basis. Pool maintenance is carried out regularly. We ask for your co-operation when gardens are maintained.

Situated in the valley of the Rio Grande in the province of Malaga, Coín is one of the most up and coming villages on the Costa del Sol.
This once small village is expanding at an amazing pace and is fast becoming a place of residence for many foreigners.
There are about 20,000 registered residents.
Coin is located about 30 minutes drive from Fuengirola and 20 minutes from Mijas.
Coín also houses and important ceramics factory, located on the main road from Fuengirola and a working film studio that was once the set for the TV series‘El dorado’. The studio is located on the outskirts of Coín, alongside the main highway to Marbella. The studio is also used as a hotel and restaurant
The centre of Coín has a wonderful plaza where the old Town Hall is located and local residents sit and while away the hours.
The new Town Hall is located in another new plaza with an underground car park, fountains, gardens and several fine bars.
The small, narrow streets are lined with family owned shops. A new commercial centre, ‘La Trocha’ has been built on the outskirts of town.
It is located on the road to Cartama and contains numerous department stores including Dunnes, various food outlets including Burger King and a multi-screen cinema.
Coín offers a multitude of housing including very reasonably priced townhouses and apartments, several developments of new apartments in the centre and residential estates on the outskirts of the village.
Prices are lower than the coastal areas and the living is somewhat slower paced.
Coín has a wealth of important architecture including several churches. The Church of san Andres is also known as the Caridad and forms part of the hospital. The Church of San Juan is one of the largest churches in the province and has been officially declared a national monument.
