Las Encinas is a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa sleeping up to 6 people. The villa has a large terrace ideal for relaxing and alfresco dining which leads onto the lawn and pool area which are surrounded by flower beds and spanish oak trees. There is a bbq and seating area at the side of the house. The villa, terrace, bbq, pool with Roman steps and garden area are all on one level making access for all ages and abilities easy. The villa has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite bathroom and one twin bedroom. The family bathroom has a hydro massage bath. Both the fully fitted kitchen and lounge area lead onto the patio. Set within it's own 7 acres of olive and almond groves the villa has lovely uninterrupted views. Whether you want to relax and unwind by the pool on those hot sunny days or spent time doing something a little more active then Las Encinas is perfect for you. Lounge Bedroom

Booking Notes
A deposit of 30% of the rental cost will be payable when confirming your reservation. The outstanding balance is required to be paid in full 6 weeks before your arrival date. A refundable breakages and damage deposit of £250 is required against damage or serious breakages and is to be paid at the same time as the balance of the rental cost. This deposit will be returned within 14 days of the end of your rental period following inspection for damage or serious breakages. In the event of any damage or serious breakages the appropriate sum will be deducted and any remaining sum refunded.
· We strongly recommend you take out travel insurance to cover any unforseen circumstances and also to cover your own personal possessions. The owners will not accept any liability for damage or loss to guests possessions under any circumstances.

Change over day
The villa can be rented from Saturday to Saturday.
Departure on Saturday no later than 10am : check in no earlier than 4pm..

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service
All bed linen and towels are provided.
Please bring own beach/pool towels.

Ideally located for exploring surrounding towns and villages such as Yunquera, Alozaina, Ronda, Monda, Guaro, El Chorro and the lakes. Only 45 minutes from Malaga airport and 45 minutes from Marbella and the beaches of the Costa del Sol. As we live in Tolox ourselves we are available for any help, assistance or information our visitors may require.

Tolox charm	Tolox
Tolox is a village and municipality in the province of Málaga, Andalucia, southern Spain. The municipality has a population of 2,317 (2006). It is situated in the centre of the Sierra de las Nieves Nature Park, at the foot of Sierra Blanca and Sierra Parda. The village of Tolox has winding streets, with white-washed houses and doors and window boxes overflowing with flowers in season. Aside from the mountain vistas and hiking that Tolox offers, it has a famous spa "Fuente Amargosa", which is visited for respiratory and allergic afflictions.
