Large farmhouse set in 37,000 sq meters of land with avocado, lemon, orange, peach and pomegranate trees with 2 separate cottages, private pool and free fishing in our small lake. Lovely surroundings and very peaceful. Ideal for a large group or family wishing to have their own pricvacy
Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion
If your party consists off 1- 6 persons then you will be staying in the 2 bedroom cottage. The 1 bedroom cottage will not be rented to any other party during your stay.
We also offer a continental breakfast of fresh seasonal fruits, meats, cheese croissant, jams and butter with orange juice, tea or coffee for an additional fee of 6 euros per person.
Booking notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable)via Bank transfer
The balance is payable in Cash-Euros on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of 200€ or 150GBP will also be taken on arrival.
We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)
Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.

The bedrooms have air-conditioning, they are also suitable for children.

La Gatita (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)
Self catering cottage with one bedroom with four poster bed, separate lounge with 1 sofa bed, small kitchen with microwave, kettle, 2 ring hob, toaster, fridge, cutlery and plates, cups and glasses. bathroom with wc sink and shower. own terrace, use of pool. bed linen and towels provided and changed once a week. We also provide a welcome basket with all the essentials.
La Perrita (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
Self catering cottage with two bedrooms, one with a double bed the other with 2 single beds.
Lounge kitchenette with sofa bed, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, 4 ring hob, cutlery, plates, glasses etc, Bathroom with wc. shower and sink. Own terrace, use of pool. Bed linen and towels provided, included is a welcome pack with local wine, water and the necessary things to get you started.
Pets
We may consider small dogs but please ask.
Outside
We have tables, sunbeds and a large shared pool which are all included plus covered terraces and an outdoor log fire for chilly nights. At the moment both our properties are accessed up 5 steps and have normal size doors which may not be suitable to fit a wheelchair through.
Coast/Beach
You can reach Malaga beach in 40 minutes by car, also Torremolinos, Marbella etc can be reached in an hour. The Ardales Lakes which is a must can be reached in 25 minutes.
Golf
There are several golf courses available within 30 minutes by car
Special interest holidays
We have our own small fishing lake.
Travel
Malaga Airport is 30-35 minutes by car.
Distances
The nearest village is 5 minutes drive. Malaga city is just 35 minutes, you can also visit Ronda which is around an hour away.
Further details
In our village you will find lots of little Spanish bars, restaurants, shops and supermarket, they also have a farmers market on Fridays selling local produce. You will also find banks a doctors and a gym.
Car Hire
Car hire is essential.The car will also give you the opportunity to see the area.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away and are worth exploring.
This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.
