Each house is comprised of:

Ground Floor:

1. •1 car garage
   

2. •Entry hall
   

3. •Television/third bedroom with a double size sleeper sofa
   

4. •Bathroom w/ shower
   

5. •Interior courtyard with fountain
   

6. •Fully equipped open kitchen
   

7. •Living/dining room with a wood burning fireplace
   

8. •Covered dining porch with an outdoor fireplace/barbeque
   

9. •Fully tiled swimming pool with a salt water filtration system and outdoor shower
   

Upstairs Floor:

1. •1 bedroom with one double bed and a balcony looking out to the Laguna, en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower and bidet, and walk-in closet;
   

2. •1 bedroom with two twin beds in #87 house and one double bed in #89 house, en-suite bathroom with shower and walk-in closet, a balcony looking out to the olive groves and an exterior stairway down to the pool patio;
   

3. •Storage/laundry room with washing machine
   

Roof:

1. •1 roof deck with a trellis and views of the Laguna towards the west for sunsets
   

2. •1 roof deck facing the olives to the east and south for sunrises and additional sun bathing
   

Special Features:

Each bedroom and living/dining room has its own heating and air cooling system and the water is heated by solar panels with a back-up storage tank. Each bathroom has its own heater.

Complimentary internet access

All linen and towels are provided along with toilet paper, paper towels and some cooking spices and local olive oil.

Firewood will be provided in winter.

A welcome/thank you basket with basic necessities will be provided upon your arrival.
