A very private 4 bedroom Family Villa with lovely mountain views in a rural location in the Spanish countryside yet just 5-minutes drive from the town of Coin.
Finca Tranquila is the ideal place for a relaxing Family Holiday and is located in a very private area.
The Living space in the Villa is 150 square metres (1,500 square feet approx.) and the majority of the land, which is behind the Villa consists of 9,000 square metres (over 2 acres) of mainly sloping Mountain terrain covered in Almond trees (full blossom Jan/Feb) All is fully fenced and totally private.
Finca Tranquila is on two levels with two entrances both approached via the private drives.
The property is fully furnished and totally self-contained consisting of: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Large living and Dining area with Air conditioning Hot & Cold, separate Kitchen, 2 large terraces and private swimming pool with large sunbathing areas.
The nearest town is Coin, which is about 5-minutes drive (2 Km) and has lots of Supermarkets, Shops, Banks and also an Open-Air Market once a week.

Booking Notes
50% deposit of the total rental is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable in Cash on arrival at the property.
A returnable security deposit of £150 will also be taken on arrival.

The lower level area is ideal for young children to play games and use some of the facilities that we provide e.g. Child Swing, Child Slide etc. and fully fenced.
Kidney shaped private swimming pool 8m x 4m (from 1.2 - 1.6 Depth), with 1 metre high fencing all around the paved pool area to make it safer for children.
Please note:Children should not be left unattended in the pool area at any time.
The pool is maintained on a regular basis to keep it in tiptop condition
Top terrace is covered and has table and chairs. Bottom terrace is covered and has table and chairs. Private Pool area has table and chairs, 6 Sun-Loungers, 2 reclining/lounge chairs, 3 large Parasols and large BBQ. Various fruit trees (When in season, the fruit can be picked by our guests).
Activities
This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.
Golf
For the golfer there are many courses to choose from.
The local ones are Alhauring golf which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and is 15 minutes by car and Lauro golf which is about 20 minutes.
Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is a 2.1/2 hours drive where it is possible to ski and snowboard.

Situated in the valley of the Rio Grande in the province of Malaga, Coín is one of the most up and coming villages on the Costa del Sol.
This once small village is expanding at an amazing pace and is fast becoming a place of residence for many foreigners.
There are about 20,000 registered residents.
Coin is located about 30 minutes drive from Fuengirola and 20 minutes from Mijas.
Coín also houses and important ceramics factory, located on the main road from Fuengirola and a working film studio that was once the set for the TV series‘El dorado’. The studio is located on the outskirts of Coín, alongside the main highway to Marbella. The studio is also used as a hotel and restaurant
The centre of Coín has a wonderful plaza where the old Town Hall is located and local residents sit and while away the hours.
The new Town Hall is located in another new plaza with an underground car park, fountains, gardens and several fine bars.
The small, narrow streets are lined with family owned shops. A new commercial centre, ‘La Trocha’ has been built on the outskirts of town.
It is located on the road to Cartama and contains numerous department stores including Dunnes, various food outlets including Burger King and a multi-screen cinema.
Coín offers a multitude of housing including very reasonably priced townhouses and apartments, several developments of new apartments in the centre and residential estates on the outskirts of the village.
Prices are lower than the coastal areas and the living is somewhat slower paced.
Coín has a wealth of important architecture including several churches. The Church of san Andres is also known as the Caridad and forms part of the hospital. The Church of San Juan is one of the largest churches in the province and has been officially declared a national monument.
