The pool and Patio EL PARRAL - Brand new detached Villa with spacious quality accommodation in fully enclosed grounds and situated on the edge of the Town of Alhaurin el Grande. All within a short walk to local restaurants and a 5-minutes drive into the centre of the Town. The Villa comprises of two sets of accommodation, this has proved very popular with parties with two families each having their own privacy but still being together. Downstairs is a 3 bedroom apartment and upstairs a 2 bedroom apartment, both have their own entrance door, Kitchen, Living Dining room, bedooms, Bathroom, Satellite TV, DVD, Air conditioning (Hot & Cold) and Terrace. OUTSIDE:(downstairs) there is a utility room with washing machine, undercover eating area. Also another separate eating area with Kitchen/BBQ, private swimming pool with pool lights and shower room. The Villa is ideal for a large family or two families that require their individual privacy (we only rent to one party you will not have to share with others) Kitchen - Downstairs One of the doube bedrooms

Note: The Upstairs accommodation is not let without the downstairs accommodation.
If there are only 1 – 6 persons in your party we will only rent you the downstairs. The upstairs will not be let to anyone else.

The above notes do not apply to peak season because you have to rent the whole of the accommodation..

Note: Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.

The rental charge includes Hot & Cold Air conditioning, gas water and electricity.

Child High Chair and Cot
Supplied free of charge (Linen not provided for the cot)

Booking Notes
50% deposit is payable on booking (None Refundable).
The balance is payable on arrival.
There is also a security deposit of £150 (or 200 euro) payable in cash and on arrival, which is refundable at the end of your stay (Subject to serious breakages).

We also accept Credit Cards as a method of deposit payment (usually cheaper than a Bank transfer)

Payment by Credit Card/PayPal is subject to a surcharge of 4.0%, which equates to the amount we are charged for accepting such payment.

Change over day
During the summer months the change over day is preferred on a Saturday.
Other months can be flexible.

Linen & Towels
All bed linen and towels are provided.
“Large Pool towels are also provided”.

Further Details
EL PARRAL is within easy reach of the Costa del Sol with its many golf courses, beaches and night life. Marbella, Ronda, Malaga and Fuengirola cities are all close by. Granada, Cordoda and Sevilla are now within easy reach with the much improved road systems.

This is the ideal place for either a relaxing holiday lounging round the pool or an activity holiday.

This area is also well known for Mountain Walks, Cycling, or Horse Riding, with stables that cater for the beginner and the professional.

Coast/Beach
The Beach & Malaga Airport are a 30-minutes drive.

Golf
For the golfer there are many courses to choose from.
The local ones are Alhauring golf which was designed by Severiano Ballesteros and is 10 minutes by car and Lauro golf which is about 15 minutes.
La Cala Golf
The two golf courses at La Cala are the main attraction of the resort. Both, La Cala North (Par 73) and La Cala South (Par 72) have been designed by North American architect Cabell B. Robinson. La Cala Resort is an exclusive residential and recreational complex of approximately 1,000 acres situated between the 'Sierra de Mijas' National Park and the Mediterranean.

Skiing
The Sierra Nevada is a 2.1/2 hours drive where it is possible to ski and snowboard.

Further Details

The car will also give you the opportunity to see the area.
The famous White Villages and Lakes, are not far away and are worth exploring.
